ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Pre-construction manager you will work closely with the pre-construction and delivery team to oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects across NSW, valued to $30M. This role oversees the performance of Project Consultants and Estimators, drives lead generation and manages incentive programs.
DUTIES.
- Lead the preconstruction team, compromising of designers, project coordinators and estimators
- Assist the team in achieving growth and revenue targets
- Develop and maintain the project pipeline with key and respective clients
- Effective team management of staff
- Lead generation and converting opportunities into projects
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
- Proven record as a Pre-construction Project Coordinator/Manager or similar
- Previous experience working with commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
