ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Pre-Construction manager you will work closely with the pre-construction and delivery team to oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects across NSW. This role oversees the performance of Project Consultants and Estimators, drives lead generation and manages incentive programs.
DUTIES.
- Lead all preconstruction activities from initial client engagement through to site commencement
- Assist the team in achieving growth and revenue targets
- Manage estimating, cost planning and bid submissions
- Liaise with internal teams to support successful project outcomes
- Identify risks, buildability issues and value engineering opportunities
- Manage programming, methodology, and procurement strategy
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
- Proven record as a Pre-construction Coordinator/Manager or similar
- Previous experience working with commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
