ABOUT THE POSITION.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the design and drafting of hydraulic and fire protection systems, ensuring full compliance with relevant Australian Standards. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects within a collaborative and innovative consultancy environment.

DUTIES.
  • Lead and mentor a team of hydraulic engineers to deliver quality design outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Deliver hydraulic and fire protection system designs that meet quality standards and KPI targets
  • Play an active role in risk management by integrating WHS principles throughout the design process
  • Manage projects effectively from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Hydraulic Diploma or equivalent qualification required
  • CPEng and NER accreditation (preferred, or working towards)
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian Standards relevant to hydraulic and fire protection systems
  • Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
