This national developer is on the lookout for an Associate or Director who are highly experienced in leading the delivery of large-scale Class 2 projects. You will be responsible for setting the standard of high-quality documentation packages, overseeing team management, handling complex consultant coordination and liaising with clients. You are expected to be able to hit the ground running as the project lead for the delivery of large scale multi-residential towers.
DUTIES.
- Independently manage the delivery of Class 2 towers
- Manage teams and oversee the completion of construction documentation packages, ensuring alignment with Australian Building Codes and ADG
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture and Registration required
- Strong competency in Revit
- Extensive experience in Class 2 residential projects
