ABOUT THE POSITION.

This role involves leading building services projects with a strong emphasis on people management. You will mentor and guide your team directly, oversee project delivery, and work closely with project directors to ensure technical excellence and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who balances strategic oversight with active day-to-day team support.

DUTIES.
  • Lead and manage the mechanical team
  • Oversee project delivery from concept to completion
  • Drive quality assurance and consistency across documentation and deliverables
  • Support project teams with technical input, calculations, and reporting
  • Communicate with external stakeholders across all disciplines
  • Contribute to fee proposals, resource planning and project strategy
  • Oversee staff performance, technical development and mentorship
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience managing a team in a building services environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
