ABOUT THE POSITION.

You will lead the Mechanical discipline within the business, taking responsibility for further establishing, developing, and growing a high-performing team, with full support from the Managing Director. You will oversee and lead mechanical engineering delivery across all stages of the project lifecycle, from concept and design through to completion, ensuring technical excellence, strategic direction, and successful project outcomes.

DUTIES.
  • Lead diverse projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Grow and further establish the mechanical discipline within the business
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to enable seamless project delivery
  • Support business development activities to drive growth and strategic opportunities
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification
  • CPEng and DBP accreditations essential
  • Business development capabilities (desirable, not essential)
  • Excellent leadership skills with strong drive to grow and develop a team
