ABOUT THE POSITION.

This leadership role centers around managing multidisciplinary building services projects while fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment. You will take ownership of project planning, resourcing, and technical delivery, while also nurturing staff development and engagement. Working alongside senior leadership, you will ensure project milestones are met with precision and that client expectations are exceeded.
  
  
DUTIES.
  • Lead and manage the mechanical team
  • Oversee project delivery from concept to completion
  • Drive quality assurance and consistency across documentation and deliverables
  • Support project teams with technical input, calculations, and reporting
  • Communicate with external stakeholders across all disciplines
  • Contribute to fee proposals, resource planning and project strategy
  • Oversee staff performance, technical development and mentorship
    
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience managing a team in a building services environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
