ABOUT THE POSITION.
Collaborate with Project Leaders/Associates and Directors to guide a talented team through the execution of high-end class 2 multi-residential projects, from design to delivery. Take ownership of key project stages, coordinate with consultants and stakeholders, whilst leveraging your proficiency in ArchiCAD to drive design excellence and technical precision. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth while contributing to the supportive and collaborative studio culture.
DUTIES.
- Support the Project Leader in the efficient, high-quality delivery of Class 2 projects
- Prepare initial designs and deliver detailed DA and construction documentation in ArchiCAD
- Effectively liaise with clients, consultants and other associated teams
- Review designs and documentation to ensure practicality and buildability
- Attend site visits and manage project variations
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, registration is ideal
- Strong and proven experience in managing class 2 projects across all stages
- Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Excellent understanding of BCA and ADG
