ABOUT THE ROLE.
This rapidly growing architecture studio, located near Sydney’s CBD, specialises in high-quality Class 2 projects, with additional experience in the education and healthcare sectors. You will step into either a Project Architect or Associate position, leading large scale class 2 projects up to 500 units. This is an immediate start position. A level of autonomy is needed and leadership skills are will be well regarded.
DUTIES.
- Oversee major projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
- Work across multiple projects at different stages
- Close Client interaction and site visits
- Manage juniors and internal documentation team
- 7+ years experience
- Strong proficiency with Revit
- Ability to manage and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
- Proven track record of delivering large scale class 2 projects
- Full working rights in Australia
