ABOUT THE POSITION.

You will take full ownership of residential projects, including Class 1 and Class 2 buildings, as well as select hospitality developments, managing all stages from initial client engagement through design, coordination, and delivery. This role is ideal for someone currently leading projects or ready to step up into a leadership position, with a strong focus on quality and collaboration. You’ll contribute directly to the firm’s growth while benefiting from clear career progression opportunities.

DUTIES.
  • Lead the design process on a variety of projects
  • Produce high-quality pre-construction documentation
  • Contribute to floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors
  • Take ownership of client relationships, ensuring clear communication and expectations are maintained
  • Support junior team members through mentorship and guidance
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture
  • ArchiCAD competency with practical studio experience 
  • Experience on multi-residential projects preferred
  • A drive for excellence and a passion for architecture
  • Full working rights in Australia
