ABOUT THE POSITION.
Advance your career as a Project Architect or a Senior Project Architect by joining one of Australia’s most respected studios experiencing sustained growth. Step into a role where you’ll help guide and inspire a talented team through the day-to-day delivery of large-scale mixed-use and multi-residential projects. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will shape both the design and delivery outcomes.
DUTIES.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of large scale mixed-use and multi-residential projects
- Support Seniors and Associates in ensuring the efficient, high-quality delivery of projects across all phases
- Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and other stakeholders
- Managing both early-stage Development Applications and Construction Documentation
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, NSW registration preferred
- Proven experience managing Class 2 projects across DA and CC stages
- Strong competency in ArchiCAD
- Excellent understanding of BCA and ADG
- Minimum 5-7 years’ professional experience
