ABOUT THE POSITION.
In this senior role, you will lead a small team and drive the delivery of complex and bespoke multi-residential projects. Working closely with an Senior Associate, you will be entrusted with significant responsibility, shaping early design strategy, overseeing project development, and guiding your team through every stage of execution. This position offers the opportunity to influence high-profile work within a studio celebrated for its national design reputation, innovation, and collaborative culture.
DUTIES.
- Oversee a varied selection of mid to high-rise residential and mixed-use developments
- Direct the preparation of planning and construction documentation at all stages
- Work alongside the Senior Associate to maintain seamless, high-calibre project delivery
- Participate in site reviews and manage coordination with consultants and key stakeholders
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, registration preferred
- Demonstrates experience managing Class 2 projects preferably across all stages
- Strong competency in Revit
- Excellent understanding of BCA and ADG
- Full working right in Australia
