ABOUT THE POSITION.
  
This Project Lead/Project Architect role offers real autonomy and freedom to lead the design and/or delivery of both small and large-scale Class 2 Multi-Residential projects, while being well supported by a strong team. You will set the standard for high-quality documentation packages, mentor juniors, coordinate complex consultants, and liaise with clients.
  
DUTIES.
  • Lead the project design and/or delivery of a range of Multi-Residential projects
  • Manage your team and oversee construction documentation packages, ensuring alignment with Australian Building Codes and ADG
  • Attend on-site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders
  • Independently liaise and manage a range of clients
  
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture
  • Strong competency in Revit 
  • Proven experience leading Class 2 residential projects
  • Demonstrates an expertise in consultant coordination, managing client relationships and providing effective team leadership
