ABOUT THE POSITION.
Our client is seeking an experienced project leader to join their growing team, backed by a healthy and varied project pipeline. This is an opportunity to lead projects across retail, public and residential sectors, working alongside a strong, supportive leadership team. You'll mentor junior staff, uphold design standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Support the delivery of projects through DA, CC, and tender documentation stages
- Coordination of projects and documentation in Revit
- Close Client and stakeholder interaction and site visits
- Work across multiple projects at different stages
- Mentoring junior staff
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, ideally registered
- Strong competency in Revit construction documentation
- Proven experience in public or retail projects is preferred
- Full working rights in Australia
