ABOUT THE POSITION.

This is your opportunity to step into a role that will genuinely shape your career. As Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Construction Manager across a diverse range of exciting projects, managing site supervisors, driving day-to-day delivery, and engaging with both site and office teams from early design stages right through to handover. Client relationships, communication, scheduling, procurement, safety, and cost will all sit firmly in your hands. Your contribution will be central to the success of the company and its client satisfaction. 

DUTIES.
  • Site supervision & subcontractor management
  • Project scheduling & programming
  • Tender & variation preparation
  • Procurement & supplier management
  • Budget & cost control
  • Client communication & reporting
  • Safety audits & WHS compliance
  • Client management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Tertiary or trade qualification in a building related discipline
  • Experience working as a Project Coordinator, Site Supervisor, or a Contract Administrator
  • Previous experience in commercial projects
  • Computer savvy with strong organisational skills
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of stability with previous employers
