They’ve got a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and are now looking to bring on a Project Engineer who’s eager to step up, take ownership, and grow within a business that actually invests in its staff.
About the Position.
As Project Engineer, you’ll be a key player on a brand-new $100M commercial build. Reporting directly to a highly experienced Project Manager, you’ll manage coordination of trades, services, programming, procurement, RFIs, WHS, and more. You’ll have full exposure across the delivery lifecycle, giving you the kind of experience that sets you up to become a PM in the near future.
Duties.
- Assist with cost tracking, variations, and forecasting
- Liaise with consultants, engineers, and stakeholders as required
- Review and manage subcontractor claims and approvals
- Attend and document site meetings and coordination workshops
- Support commissioning and handover processes
- Handle RFIs, drawings, and maintain accurate project documentation
Skills & Experience.
- Construction Management degree (or similar) preferred
- 2–4 years’ experience in a Project Engineer or Contract Admin role
- Understanding of WHS and Quality Assurance compliance
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
