ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Project Engineer, you will play an integral role in the successful delivery of largescale commercial projects. Reporting into an experienced Project Manager, you will assist in managing project coordination, procurement, RFIs, programming, subcontractor management, and WHS compliance. This role will provide strong mentorship and broad project exposure, positioning you well for future progression into a Project Manager position.
DUTIES.
- Assist with project forecasting, variations, and cost control
- Coordinate and attend site meetings and subcontractor workshops
- Liaise with consultants, engineers, and key project stakeholders
- Review subcontractor progress claims and supporting documentation
- Assist with project commissioning and final handover activities
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary of Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
- Proven record of monitoring, managing, and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processes and a Site/Project Engineer or similar
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Proven understanding of construction process and projects management methodologies
- High-rise residential experience is highly desirable
