ABOUT THE POSITION.
In this position, you will serve as the Project Lead, managing the design and construction documentation for various projects the company has taken on. Working within a small team, you'll be involved in all phases of the projects and have the opportunity to lead in key areas.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Collaborate on multi-res projects
- Work on all stages of the projects from conception to completion
- Conduct site analysis and assessments
- Develop detailed architectural plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Lead junior members of the team
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- 7+ years of experience in industry
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD is preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship management
- Ability to lead a small team
