ABOUT THE POSITION.
Advance your career as a Project Lead by joining one of Australia’s most respected studios experiencing sustained growth. Step into a Project Leader role where you’ll guide and inspire a talented team through the day-to-day delivery of complex projects. Reporting directly to the Associate, you will take ownership of large-scale multi-residential and mixed-use developments, leading projects from concept design through to completion. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will shape both the design and delivery outcomes.
DUTIES.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of mid to high-rise residential and mixed-use projects
- Lead the production of DA and CC documentation packages
- Support the associate in ensuring the efficient, high-quality delivery across all phases
- Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and other stakeholders
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, registration preferred
- Demonstrates experience managing Class 2 projects across all stages, from concept to delivery
- Strong competency in Revit
- Excellent understanding of BCA and ADG
