They are currently on the lookout for a Project Lead and an Associate who are experienced in leading the delivery of large-scale Class 2 Multi-Residential projects. You will be responsible for setting the standard of high-quality documentation packages, mentoring juniors, handling complex consultant coordination and liaising with clients.
DUTIES.
- Lead the project delivery of a range of Multi-Residential projects
- Manage your team and oversee construction documentation packages, ensuring alignment with Australian Building Codes and ADG
- Attend on-site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Independently liaise and manage a range of clients
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Strong competency in Revit or ArchiCAD
- Proven experience leading Class 2 residential projects
- Demonstrates an expertise in consultant coordination, managing client relationships and providing effective team leadership
