Our client is a well-established boutique architecture studio specialising in high-end residential design, including multi-million dollar private homes and mid-to-low rise multi-residential developments of up to 60 units. Known for their considered design approach and longstanding industry relationships, the studio enjoys a steady pipeline of work driven almost entirely by referrals. With exceptionally low staff turnover and a reputation built over many years, this is a practice where people stay, grow, and take pride in the projects they deliver.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
This role is ideal for either a Project Architect seeking greater autonomy and creative ownership than typically found in larger practices, or an ambitious graduate ready to step into their first Project Lead role. You'll work directly alongside the Director, gaining hands-on experience across all project stages, from concept design through to completion, with structured guidance and support towards registration.
In a small studio environment, you'll have the opportunity to take full ownership of your projects and be involved in every aspect of the process, including client liaison, consultant coordination, and site involvement - the kind of exposure rarely available in larger firms.

Creativity is taken seriously here, but so is maintaining a straightforward, respectful, and enjoyable work environment.
