ABOUT THE POSITION.

Lead and manage multidisciplinary building services projects from concept through to completion, acting as the primary client contact and ensuring successful delivery across all project stages. This role requires a strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic, lighting, and ICT systems, along with the ability to coordinate across disciplines, consultants, and contractors.

DUTIES.
  • Deliver high-quality client service across the project lifecycle
  • Manage technical requirements across multiple disciplines
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Conduct QA and ensure high-quality documentation
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor of Engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • CPEng accreditation (desirable)
  • Strong technical knowledge across building services including mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic, lighting and ICT
