My client is currently seeking an Project Manager to join their organisation on a 6 month contract. You will be working closely with another Project Manager and liaise with various teams, including civil/structural engineering, planning, and construction.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing Council's Infrastructure Program to ensure the designs comply with Council policies and practices. You will play a key role in managing State Significant projects. Additionally, you will manage external design consultants, oversee procurement, and maintain effective record keeping.
DUTIES.
- Manage and coordinate the design of significant Council's projects
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare tender documentation and specification
- Monitor key programs, budget, scope and quality parameters
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Engineering, Building, Project Management or related
- Class C Driver's License
- Excellent design management experience or extensive consultant management experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Lumion
