As their project pipeline continues to expand, they’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead upcoming works across Sydney Metro.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind multiple projects from $15M–$30M . You’ll take charge of project planning, client engagement, programming, budgeting, and delivery. Working with a strong internal team and reliable subcontractor base, you’ll ensure high-quality outcomes are achieved on time and on budget. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build a strong reputation in the market.
DUTIES
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across Fit Out scopes
- Oversee programming, procurement, and contract administration
- Lead client and stakeholder communication throughout project phases.
- Manage and support site teams to ensure WHS and quality compliance
- Report regularly on project budgets, timelines, and milestones
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally in fit out
- Background delivering projects in commercial, education, health, or retail sectors is highly regarded
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Sound understanding of contract admin, construction methodology, and local compliance
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field preferred
