As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of both current and upcoming projects. ABOUT THE POSITION
As the Project Manager , you will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and Project Director and collaborate with a highly capable project and site team to deliver multiple projects across NSW from design through to completion. These projects typically range in value from $2M to $10M and are supported by a well-resourced team including a Senior Site Manager, Contract Administrators, Foremen, Leading Hands, and Cadets.
DUTIES
- End-to-end project delivery
- Project team management
- Budget control and compliance
- Client relationship management
- Stakeholder coordination and communication
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a construction-related discipline
- Proven experience as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager or in a similar delivery role
- Strong track record of employer loyalty and project stability
- Ability to manage high-end fit out and refurbishment projects from inception to handover
