This highly respected commercial construction company is a market leader in premium fit out and refurbishment projects across NSW, delivering high end projects valued up to $10M. With a reputation for excellence in the commercial, office workplace sector, the firm is known for its consistent quality, long-standing client relationships, and a robust project pipeline. As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of both current and upcoming projects. Take on a leadership role and contribute to some of NSW’s most exciting fit out and refurbishment work.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As the Project Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and Project Director and collaborate with a highly capable project and site team to deliver multiple projects across NSW from design through to completion. These projects typically range in value from $2M to $10M, and are supported by a well-resourced team including a Site Manager, Contract Administrator, Foremen and Cadets.

  • End-to-end project delivery

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Tertiary or trade qualification in a construction-related discipline
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar delivery role on commercial fit out projects 
  • Strong track record of employer loyalty and project stability
  • Ability to manage high-end fit out and refurbishment projects from inception to handover
