About the Position.
As a Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on some of Canberra’s most high-profile commercial builds. From contract award through to handover, you’ll be responsible for overseeing program, cost, quality and safety, while ensuring client expectations are exceeded and your team is thriving. Working closely with Directors and in-house delivery teams, you’ll have the resources, autonomy, and respect to deliver with confidence.
Duties.
- Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants to achieve quality outcomes
- Maintain strong cost control, reporting and program oversight
- Build and manage client relationships, acting as the key point of contact
- Mentor and support Project Managers, CAs and Site Managers
- Ensure contract compliance, WHS, and risk management across the board
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects $10M+
- Advanced stakeholder and subcontractor management
- Excellent contract knowledge and project reporting skills
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or related field
