ABOUT THE POSITION
As Project Manager, you’ll work closely with the Project Director and lead the delivery of multiple projects ranging from $5M–$50M. You will be involved from design through to handover, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the internal team. This is a hands-on role where your leadership will directly influence project outcomes.
DUTIES
- Oversee and deliver projects successfully from start to finish
- Manage budgets and ensure financial compliance
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Drive collaboration across site and project teams
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction or a related field
- Previous experience as a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, or Site Manager
- Demonstrated stability and loyalty with reputable builders
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management abilities
