About the Position.
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of high-profile commercial fitout and new build projects from contract award through to handover. You will be responsible for program, cost, quality and safety outcomes, while maintaining strong client relationships and leading high-performing project teams. Working closely with Directors and national delivery teams, you will be given the autonomy, resources and support required to deliver confidently in a fast-growing, well-structured business.
Duties.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants to achieve best-in-class delivery
- Maintain strong cost control, reporting and program management
- Act as the primary client interface and manage key stakeholder relationships
- Mentor and support Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Site Managers
- Ensure compliance with contracts, WHS requirements and risk management processes
Skills & Experience.
- Proven experience delivering commercial fitout and or new build projects valued at $10M+
- Strong stakeholder, consultant and subcontractor management capability
- Excellent contract administration, reporting and financial control skills
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
