ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting directly to the Project Director, the Project Manager will collaborate closely with site and project teams to oversee multiple projects across NSW, from initial design through to completion. Projects range in value from $2M to $10M. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver projects successfully, on time and within budget
 - Maintain strict budget compliance
 - Manage client relationships and expectations
 - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
 
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline
 - Proven experience as a Projects Contracts Administrator, Project Manager, or similar role
 - Strong track record of reliability and stability with previous employers
