About the Position.
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of Canberra’s most high-profile commercial and residential projects. From contract award through to handover, you will manage cost, quality, program, and client expectations while leading your delivery teams. You will work closely with Directors and in-house teams with the autonomy and resources to deliver with confidence.
Duties.
- Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction to completion
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Oversee budgets, reporting, cost control, and program management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance, WHS, and risk management across all projects
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects above $10M
- Strong contract, stakeholder, and subcontractor management skills
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related discipline
- Experience across commercial new builds, fit outs, or residential projects
