With a consistently strong project pipeline and continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in delivering some of NSW’s most notable fit out and refurbishment projects.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and Project Director, the Project Manager will take ownership of multiple projects across NSW, overseeing delivery from design development through to final handover. Projects typically range between $2M–$10M and are supported by a well-structured and highly capable delivery team including a Site Manager, Contracts Administrator, Foremen, Leading Hand, and Cadets. This role offers genuine autonomy, leadership responsibility, and exposure to high-end commercial projects.
DUTIES
- End-to-end management of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
- Leadership and coordination of project delivery teams
- Budget management, cost reporting, and financial compliance
- Client liaison and relationship management
- Coordination and communication with consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Tertiary or trade qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager (or similar role) within commercial fit out
- Proven history of employer stability and successful project delivery
- Strong capability delivering high-end fit out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
