As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of both current and upcoming projects.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Project Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and Project Director and collaborate with a highly capable project and site team to manage a portfolio of minor works and maintenance projects and deliver from design through to completion. These projects are supported by a well-resourced team including a Site Manager, Contract Administrator, Foremen, Leading Hand, and Cadets.
DUTIES.
- Successful delivery of maintenance and projects
- Commercial management
- Subcontractor coordination
- Stakeholder and client management
- Documentation control
- Scope of works
- Preparing and managing quotes
- Site inspections
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building-related discipline
- Proven record as a Project Manager or similar
- Experience with delivery of minor work and maintenance projects
- Strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Experience using MS Suites and Simpro
