ABOUT THE ROLE.
Reporting to the Project Director/Director, you will be responsible for an iconic, large scale project in Canberra valued at $60M+. You will oversee and get involved in the design and get the project ready for construction, then be responsible for the end to end deliverables on this project. At the completion of this project, this company has a healthy pipeline of work for you to continue onto.
DUTIES.
- Oversee and get involved in design
- Drive the construction program to ensure timely delivery
- Manage budgets
- Ensure projects are delivered at a high quality
- Client Management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Track record in delivering projects over $50m as a Project Manager
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
