They are now looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to take the reins on current and upcoming projects and make their mark.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager and Project Director, you will work alongside a high performing project and site team to deliver multiple projects across NSW from design through to completion. Projects range from $5M to $30M and are supported by a well-resourced team including a Site Manager, Contracts Administrator, Foremen, Leading Hand and Cadets. You will be trusted with real ownership, backed by a team that knows how to deliver.

DUTIES
  • End to end project delivery
  • Budget management and compliance
  • Client management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Programme oversight
  • Subcontractor and supplier coordination
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Tertiary or trade qualification in a building related discipline
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager or similar
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in the construction industry
  • Experience across commercial fitout and refurbishment
  • Strong and stable work history with previous employers
