As a Project Manager (Parks), you maintain high performing client relationships and are responsible for the planning and delivery of a wide range of infrastructure projects, in line with management strategy and framework. This will include project lifecycle management, reporting, construction, contracts supervision and administration to the agreed and scheduled time, cost and quality.

DUTIES.
- Develop detailed project management plans aligning with Councils framework
- Engage and manage consultants with design and contract management
- Manage a wide-ranging portfolio of projects for the lifecycle, initiation, development, construction and contracts supervision and administration
- Manage and communicate with a variety of Stakeholders and working groups
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction and/or Engineering
- Previous experience in Local Government is highly desirable
- Experience in managing tendering and contracts administration
- Project exposure across Parks, Open Space and Public Domain is highly desireable
