As a Project Officer, you will liaise with Project Managers and contractors, to assist in the construction and delivery stage of projects including but not limited to open space projects. This includes procurement, construction issues, financial reporting, program updating, project and program administrations etc.
DUTIES.
- Liaise with internal and external Stakeholders in the construction and delivery stage of projects
- Manage projects including meeting schedules, review of deliverables and program and ensure projects are delivered within allocated time and budget
minutes and agendas - Manage time, cost and quality according to Council's policies, guidelines and legislation
- Carry technical investigations and present reports to Project Managers
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management and/or Engineering
- Significant exposure in the construction and delivery of civil, open space projects
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Council experience preferred but not mandatory
