Join a local council as a Property Project Manager. This Council is offering a part-time opportunity, with potential for additional hours, flexible start and finish times, and stability within this contract role with potential for extension.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Property Project Manager, you will provide a high level of professional and technical support in transitioning and relocating into a new office location, liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders, contract management, tenancy with the current office building, and assist with potential for alternate accommodation.
DUTIES.
- Manage external consultant and provide input to lead the Project
- Assist with transitioning over 1,300 staff into the new office location
- Attend executive leadership meetings and brief Directors and CEO
- Facilitate and coordinate the preparation of works
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management
- Previous experience in Office Relocation is preferred
- People person to be able to build effective relationships with all Stakeholders
- Expertise in Stakeholder management
