The firm is expanding with a large portfolio of exciting opportunities and therefore require Quantity Surveyor who is driven to develop their expertise in these areas.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
This is an opportunity for a Financier Quantity Surveyor who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute on a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion.
DUTIES.
- Manage clients and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for variations and progress claims.
- Conduct Contracts Administration services.
- Responsible for measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities/ pre-tender estimates.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Quantity Surveying)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
