ABOUT THE POSITION.
As an Intermediate Financier Quantity Surveyor you will gain hands on experience across a broad range of sectors to deepen your financial QS expertise. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, receiving tailored mentorship and structured guidance. This role is ideal for someone with Financier Quantity Surveying experience who is looking to deepen their skills and broaden the diversity of their project portfolio.
DUTIES.
- Prepare detailed cost plans, budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct accurate valuations, cash flow projects and financial reporting to support project funding and risk management.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to monitor project expenditures, variations and contractual compliance.
- Assist in tender evaluations, cost analysis and value engineering to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Financier Quantity Surveyor require within a consultancy.
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CostX is highly regarded.
- Must have full Australian working rights.
