ABOUT THE POSITION.

You will work alongside and learn from an established team of Professional Quantity Surveyors, receiving hands-on experience across a diverse range of sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to build a well-rounded Professional Quantity Surveying career, ensuring tailored and continuous learning via structured mentorship and six-monthly reviews.

DUTIES.
  • Support senior surveyors with cost estimations and budgeting.
  • Assist with tender preparation and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers.
  • Conduct site visits, ensuring the ongoing success of projects.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Proficiency in CostX would be highly regarded.
  • A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management. 
  • Hands-on experience across commercial, residential, education, and retail sectors are advantageous, but not essential.
