ABOUT THE POSITION.
You will work alongside and learn from an established team of Professional Quantity Surveyors, receiving hands-on experience in a range of Infrastructure projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to build a well-rounded Professional Quantity Surveying career, ensuring tailored and continuous learning via structured mentorship and six-monthly reviews.
DUTIES.
- Support senior surveyors with cost estimations and budgeting.
- Assist with tender preparation and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers.
- Conduct site visits, ensuring the ongoing success of projects.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
- Proficiency in CostX would be highly regarded.
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience across commercial, residential, education, and retail sectors are advantageous, but not essential.
