ABOUT THE POSITION.

DUTIES.
- Manage clients and other stakeholders
- Responsible for estimates, cost plans, Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Assist with tender preparation, contract negotiation and Contracts Administration services
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Proficiency in CostX is highly regarded
- Prior experience working for a consultancy firm would be strongly preferred
