DUTIES.
- Support senior surveyors with cost estimations and budgeting
- Assist with tender preparation and contract negotiation
- Manage clients and other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits, ensuring the ongoing success of projects
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management
- Proficiency in CostX would be highly regarded
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Hands-on experience across commercial, residential, education, and retail sectors are advantageous, but not essential
