ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of sectors, deepen your expertise, and be supported by a culture that values growth, innovation, and team success. You will work alongside and learn from an established team of Quantity Surveyors, making this is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to build a well-rounded Quantity Surveying career, ensuring tailored and continuous learning through structured mentorship and frequent reviews.

DUTIES.
  • Support senior surveyors with cost estimations and budgeting
  • Assist with tender preparation and contract negotiation
  • Manage clients and other stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits, ensuring the ongoing success of projects
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management
  • Proficiency in CostX would be highly regarded
  • A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience across commercial, residential, education, and retail sectors are advantageous, but not essential
