DUTIES.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Take responsibility for cost plans, budgets, pre tender estimates, and BOQs
- Perform progress claims, variations, cost reports, and cash flows
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Minimum of four years’ experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Proficiency in CostX is highly regarded
- Prior experience working for a consultancy firm
