ABOUT THE POSITION.
This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute on a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion.
DUTIES.
- Manage clients and other stakeholders
- Responsible for variations and progress claims
- Conduct Contracts Administration services
- Responsible for measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities/pre-tender estimates
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Quantity Surveying)
- Minimum 2 years’ postgraduate experience in Quantity Surveying
- Exposure to Residential, Commercial, Education and Health projects is benefical
