Working alongside one of our Senior Team Leaders who is highly reputable in their specialist industry, you will be responsible for establishing, strengthening, and maintaining key business relationships. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will be supplied all the necessary resources to ensure you succeed in your position and take advantage of our uncapped commission structure.

DUTIES.

• Manage Client Portfolios
• Business Development
• Networking
• Attend Client meetings
• Negotiate
• Finalise placements
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Consultants

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Previous recruitment experience within the Built Environment is highly advantageous
• A natural passion for recruitment, with a constant hunger to succeed and welcome new challenges
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment
