ABOUT THE POSITION.

Commencing in an Administration position, you will be responsible for ensuring our recruitment team are well supported each day from an operational perspective. Being provided in-depth exposure to the recruitment industry, this position could potentially offer the right individual the opportunity to progress into a Recruitment Resourcer in the near future.

DUTIES.
  • Meet and greet Clients and Candidates
  • Manage and set up company meetings
  • Format resumes
  • Data entry
  • Event organisation and management
  • Adhoc administration tasks
  • Observe, learn, and absorb the 360 degree recruitment process
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.  
  • No previous administration experience required
  • A keen interest in pursuing a career in the recruitment field
  • Available to work full-time
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well autonomously and in a collaborative team
