ABOUT THE POSTION.
As an experienced Remedial Engineer, you will be mentoring and leading a team of Junior Engineers and other stakeholders to ensure strong leadership will give high-performed work environment. You will be managing the delivery of the projects in residential and commercial projects, ensuring all work exceeds client expectations and contributes to their ongoing success. Your ability to build strong rapport with clients through open communication, regular project updates, and proactive support will be crucial in maintaining trust and delivering outstanding results.
DUTIES.
- Investigate structural issues and recommend remedial actions
- Prepare clear, tailored reports for clients and stakeholders
- Manage projects to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Maintaining strong client communication and relationships
- Work independently and manage priorities effectively
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and REVIT
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
