ABOUT THE POSITION.
  
As a driven Remedial Engineer, you’ll work alongside engineers with the forensic engineering team while managing project delivery across residential and commercial projects, ensuring all work exceeds client expectations and contributes to their ongoing success. Your ability to maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, and consistent project updates will be essential to building trust and achieving exceptional outcomes. For the right person, this role will offer a competitive salary package based on experience.
  
DUTIES.
  • Investigate structural issues and recommend remedial actions
  • Prepare clear, tailored reports for clients, strata managers, and other stakeholders
  • Manage projects to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Maintaining strong client communication and relationships
  • Work independently and manage priorities effectively
  
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering, or similar field.
  • Proven remedial engineering experience 
  • Forensic engineering experience will be highly regarded but not required
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, REVIT and other similar software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with others and independently
