ABOUT THE POSITION.
We are seeking a dedicated Remedial Engineer to join a team of highly motivated and experienced engineers. You will manage complex residential, commercial, and specialised projects, while collaborating closely with strata managers and clients. You will ensure project delivery exceeds expectations through clear communication, regular updates, and proactive support. DUTIES.
- Investigate structural issues and recommend remedial actions
- Prepare clear, tailored reports for clients and stakeholders
- Manage projects to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Maintain strong client communication and relationships
- Work independently and manage tasks effectively
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor of Civil or Structural Engineering or similar field
- Proven experience in remedial engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, REVIT, and similar software
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing high-end residential projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
