ABOUT THE POSITION.
Collaborate in a highly respected studio experiencing sustained growth and a healthy pipeline of work, as an Architectural Documentor or Technician. Step into a nationally leading team where you’ll be guided and inspired by a talented team through the day-to-day delivery of complex projects. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise is of the utmost importance, working on landmark Class 2 Multi-residential projects.
DUTIES.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of mid to high-rise multi-residential and mixed-use projects
- Produce CC documentation packages
- Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and other stakeholders
- Once briefed independently produce General Arrangements Plans, Reflected Ceiling plans, elevations and sections
- Prepare 1:5, 1:10 and 1:20 junctions details for façade, roof, balconies, wet areas, walls, floors and ceilings
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Strong competency in Revit
- Excellent understanding of BCA and ADG
- It’s expected that you are familiar with façade details, wall construction and typical waterproofing details
- Proven experience in services and consultant coordination
- Experience on multi-residential projects is highly regarded
