ABOUT THE POSITION.
With a growing team and a healthy project pipeline, the need has arisen for a Sector Lead in a range of specialist areas. Depending on your project experience and industry networks, you will take the leading role in a portfolio of projects, with 3 key position functions:
Project Leadership | Team Leadership | Sector Growth
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Coordination of projects and documentation
- Close Client and stakeholder interaction and site visits
- Work across multiple projects at different stages
- Lead and Manage a team of resources
- Contribute to the growth of that project sector through business development and networking
- Project coordination and team management skills as a Project Lead
- A strong project specialisation in either Industrial, Data Centers, Transport Infrastructure or Defense, or a combination of a few
- Industry networks and 'intellectual know-how' in that space
- You must be Revit proficient, with extensive in-studio experience
